In compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the GDPR, we provide you with the following information:

 

1. Data Controller

Your data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purpose indicated in point 2 above, in any case not exceeding 24 months from its registration in our systems.

Upon expiry of the aforementioned term, the Personal Data will be deleted or anonymised.

 

5. Compulsory or optional nature of the provision of data - Consequences of any refusal.

 

The provision of data for the purpose referred to in point 2 above is optional and failing that we will not be able to process your data for the purpose described therein.

 

6. Rights of the interested party

 

Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code and pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 2, letters b) and d), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

a) You have the right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to rectify or delete them or limit the processing that concerns you or to oppose the processing of your data, in addition to the right to the portability of the data.
